Hello, we are Ella, Emma, Katy, and Sophie and together we have created Optimise 4
We are four colleagues who became friends when working together at a specialist rehabilitation centre commissioned by the NHS. We were brought together by shared love of our work and a vision of what we want to offer as neurological physiotherapists.
As life evolved, families grew, and circumstances changed, we saw an opportunity to fulfil this vision and Optimise was created.
Our Philosophy
The Optimise team know that recovery isn’t over when you leave hospital. In fact, that’s when your journey really begins. Building and maintaining your abilities can continue for years. We are passionate about supporting you on that journey in the familiarity of your own home.
How Our Team Works
As a team of four we have over 60 years of experience between us, ensuring you receive all the benefits of our combined knowledge and skill. We reach a wide area across Surrey, and if needed we can work together to provide a treatment with two physios or offer more sessions.
