Optimise are a team of four Neurological Physiotherapists (Neuro Physios) who specialise in the physical rehabilitation of a wide range of neurological conditions.
Our combined in-depth knowledge, extensive experience, and specialised hands-on clinical skills allow us to provide expert assessment and treatment while keeping you at the centre of all we do.
We will work with you to achieve your goals, build your confidence, optimise your independence and enrich your quality of life.
We provide physiotherapy for individuals following Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, disorders of consciousness, Vestibular Disease and much more.
We are based in Surrey and offer our home visit services to a wide area including Leatherhead, Cobham, Byfleet, Horsley, Esher, Epsom, Dorking, Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Oxted, the London Borough of Croydon, and the London Borough of Sutton. Our location coverage can be flexible, and we are happy to take enquiries from across the South East.
